On September 4^th, 2008 Odell Brewing Company presented a one barrel brewing system to the Brewing Science and Technology class at Colorado State University.

Woodcut is a special oak-aged ale which was released on Monday Aug. 18, 2008, at a special toast to celebrate this first in a series of oak-aged beer that the brewery has planned.
