This is a collaboration brew with the Noosa Yougurt production team. We added rolled oats to the grain bill, and then kettle soured the beer with the Noosa yougurt cultures. We then added toasted coconut, brown sugar, and lactose in the boil. We finished the brew with 84 pounds of cranberry puree in the fermentor. This beer is our attempt at a yogurt granola beer. We hope you enjoy it!
