Kettle Sour Yoghurt Beer

This is a collaboration brew with the Noosa Yoghurt production team. We added rolled oats to the grain bill, and then kettle soured the beer with the Noosa Yoghurt cultures. We then added toasted coconut, brown sugar, and lactose in the boil. We finished the brew with blackberries, adding a nice fruitiness to round it out. This beer is our attempt at a yoghurt granola beer. We hope you enjoy it!
