Slice of Funk
This kombucha beer is medium bodied with aromas of lemon, lactobbacillus, and wild yeast. Flavors of sandalwood, ginger, tea, yarrow and spices. This is the first beer of its kind at Odell, as we call it “Bucha Beer”. It is a true beer in the sense that we brewed it with malt, yeast, hops, and water along with a slice of funk, kombucha culture.
