Are you 21 years of age or older?

Hey there fellow beer lover,
you must be 21 to enter our page.

The Bad News

You're not 21. We can't let you in.

The Good News

You're young! Cherish your youth!
And come back to see us when the time is right.

Join us Sunday morning on our beautiful patio for beer and yoga. Our favorite local instructor, Stephanie Crecca, will lead us in a Vinyasa class – an hour of energetic, flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with breath. Your $10 cover includes the class and draft beer, a treat for showing up and honoring your practice.  *Weather looks good for now but if that changes we’ll move the class to the Brewhouse.

More about Stephanie Crecca:

Stephanie truly believes that yoga is accessible and necessary for every body. Wherever you are ‘at’ in life, whatever your age, and whether or not you consider yourself flexible, yoga can make you feel alive and more connected to your true self. Her teaching style is compassionate and light-hearted and is inspired by many senior teachers.  She reminds her students that every body is different and encourages each person to challenge their mind and body in their own positive way. Stephanie believes what you practice on your mat – physically, mentally, and spiritually – transfers to life off the mat and into every day.
