Giving Back

Odell Brewing Company is committed to contributing to charitable programs in our serving area and to engaging our co-workers in our philanthropic efforts. Our charitable program is managed by a co-worker team that meets quarterly to choose which agencies to support. Odell Outreach is an extension of the brewery’s charitable giving program that enlists co-workers, family and friends to participate in volunteer activities throughout the community (Volunteer with Odell Outreach).   Primary areas of interest for donations include:

  • Humanitarian, including:
    • Children-at-risk
    • Single parent families
    • Elderly
  • Environmental
  • Educational

Seasonal Partners

We strive to foster deep and enriching relationships with the nonprofits we support. We developed a Seasonal Partnership model to allow us to add more points of impact and engage in more opportunities with the non profits in our communities. Our Charitable Committee, made of folks from across the brewery, gather each year to choose the charities that will live in our taproom for an entire fiscal quarter. To learn more, please check out our application process and find out if your organization is a good fit. We also look for monthly charities for our Charitable Tip Jar. These donations are procured through the generosity of the guests and visitors to our taproom.

Fall Charitable Partner:

From October to December we are collaborating with Project Self Suffiency. Odell Brewing has been a strong, supporting partner of Project Self-Sufficiency for years. We are aligned with their dedication to the human spirit as the building block for a robust and sustainable community. At PS-S, they believe that cultivating determination in single-parent families will lead to long-term success and we couldn’t agree more! Here’s 5 reasons why we love PS-S:

  1. They believe in the human spirit as a means to success.
  2. They eliminate barriers to success like lack of health and child care.
  3. They believe in cultivating determination.
  4. They help single parents realize their potential and gain the tools to use it.
  5. They help people actualize their self-power!

December Tip Jar Partners

Each month we partner with a local non profit to receive all of the tips you leave in both of our taprooms. When you visit our taproom and leave a tip, your gift is donated to our Charity of the Month.

Fort Collins: Estes Park Learning Place

The Estes Park Learning Place offers one-to-one tutoring which strives to meet students at their current level, create a learning plan based on individual learning styles and needs, and cultivate students’ learning so they may reach their highest potential.

Denver: AFSP Colorado Chapter

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death. We’ll match any gifts you leave at the end of the month up to $2,000.
