Odell Brewing Company is committed to contributing to charitable programs in our serving area and to engaging our co-workers in our philanthropic efforts. Our charitable program is managed by a co-worker team that meets quarterly to choose which agencies to support. Odell Outreach is an extension of the brewery’s charitable giving program that enlists co-workers, family and friends to participate in volunteer activities throughout the community (Volunteer with Odell Outreach). Primary areas of interest for donations include:
- Humanitarian, including:
- Single parent families
We strive to foster deep and enriching relationships with the nonprofits we support. We developed a Seasonal Partnership model to allow us to add more points of impact and engage in more opportunities with the non profits in our communities. Our Charitable Committee, made of folks from across the brewery, gather each year to choose the charities that will live in our taproom for an entire fiscal quarter. To learn more, please check out our application process and find out if your organization is a good fit. We also look for monthly charities for our Charitable Tip Jar. These donations are procured through the generosity of the guests and visitors to our taproom.
Spring Charitable Partner:
From April to July we are collaborating with Sproutin’ Up. Sproutin’ Up aims to improve the lives of underserved children and teens through farming internships, after-school programs, and summer camps. The food that is harvested from these programs is donated back to the kid’s communities. Learn more about their Youth-Run CSA Farm and how you can get involved.
June Tip Jar Partners
Each month we partner with a local non profit to receive all of the tips you leave in both of our taprooms. When you visit our taproom and leave a tip, your gift is donated to our Charity of the Month.
Fort Collins: Colorado Farm To Table
We are partnering with Colorado Farm To Table to help provide Colorado families in crisis with as much fresh produce as possible. Connected by the Colorado landscape, farmers are able to provide food banks and pantries with local, fresh and nutritionally dense food improving the lives of Coloradans.
Denver: Denver Urban Gardens
We are partnering with D.U.G. to help nourish the greater Denver community. We will collect the tips our guests leave and match them up to $2,000 to help D.U.G. establish, cultivate and sustain urban gardens to ensure that Denver’s under-served population has access to healthy, locally raised produce.
