Introducing The OBC Wine Project
After 30 years of brewing award-winning craft beer, Odell Brewing is venturing into a new category with the launch of a wine project. Dedicated to the exploration of unique flavor profiles in the world of wine, this project was born out of the brewery’s shared passion for the art of winemaking.
We are in pursuit of uniquely balanced flavors that showcase what a little beer-geek-turned-wine geek creativity can do. Unbound by geography, agriculture, or imagination, The OBC Wine Project is our fresh take on a centuries-old tradition.
Big News! Starting July 2nd The OBC Wine Project and Odell Brewing now have a Communal Outdoor Dining License. This means we can enjoy beer and wine together on any outdoor fenced-in spaces! Please be aware that Odell beer and Allkind Kombucha are not allowed inside of the winery.

This taut and electric pinot noir comes from one of the most distinctive vineyards in Oregon - a rare combination of old vines and high elevation. Laurel Vineyard, planted in 1981, is located high atop a stunning site within the Chehalem Mountains AVA in the northern Willamette Valley. Laurel Vineyard is farmed by the Albin family, our partner in Willamette. The higher elevation and cooler climate lends a mineral, bracing character to the wines, and the age of the vines in apparent in the depth and complexity of the aromas. Neutral oak.

Golden Apple. Marzipan. Ripe Pear.
We harvested our Chardonnay in mid-August, in the midst of the western slope wildfires. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and the juice transported to OBC for our first on-site fermentation. The juice was cold settled overnight then racked to neutral french oak barrels (6-8 years old). We pitched a neutral yeast and allowed the wine to ferment in barrels at room temperature, which developed some tropical esters. The wine aged sur lie until March when it was racked. The wine completed malolactic fermentation in spring.

Guava Spritz was one of our first experimental taps here at the winery. We decided to put it in a can so that you could take these tropical vacation vibes with you anywhere. Guava Spritz is available today at the winery on draft and in 4 pack cans to go.
Skin Contact White
Stone fruit, Citrus, Slate
The 100% Aromella juice spent 9 days on the skins, imparting a light amber color. Naturally fermented, this wine aged for eight months in beer barrels from Odell Brewing Co. and is unfined and unfiltered. Enjoy this funky, acid-driven adventure in modern American wine.
Blackberry, Plum, Black Cherry
This fruit-forward blend of Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc underwent carbonic maceration to achieve aromas of fresh blackberry, flavors of plum and black cherry and soft but structured tannins.
Single Vineyard Blend
Green Apple, Pear, Almond
The Pinot Gris, Riesling and Viognier for this blend were harvested by Goschie Farms, our decades-long partner in harvesting some of the best hops for Odell Brewing Co. beers. Sourced from the cool-climate Goschie Vineyard, you’ll find acidity balanced with stone fruit and citrus.
Sparkling Pinot Noir
Golden Apple, Red Currant, Fresh Bread
In collaboration with our friends at Six Peaks Winery in the Willamette Valley, we crafted this traditional method sparkling wine. Disgorged in March 2021 and bottled with zero dosage, the wine sparkles with aromas of golden apple, fresh sourdough bread and almond. On the palate, bright effervescence reveals layers of apple, pear, red currant and a persistent acidity.
Jammy, Bold, Dark Fruit
Bold, juicy and balanced, our Red Blend explodes with aromas of blackberry jam, stewed red fruit, warm baking spices and chocolate-covered cherries. The full body reveals flavors of ripe plum, pomegranate and leather supported by firm but lush tannins.
Refreshing Grapefruit, Peach and Citrus
Our bright and zesty White Blend pours a pale, brilliant white. Bursting with aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, just-ripe peach, honeydew melon and wet stone, this wine leads with a bracing acidity, a lean midpalate with citrus and mineral notes, and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.
Crisp Berry and Light Citrus
Aromas of white strawberry, raspberry, orange zest and dried herbs make our Rosé the perfect food friendly summer wine. A light salmon pink with coppery hues, this rosé is lean and complex with red berries on the nose and green apple, river rock, and grilled lemon and grapefruit on the palate.
Crisp Strawberry and White Peach
Our sparkling rosé is all about texture. The medium-bodied, creamy rosé with notes of strawberries, cranberries, white peach and flowers explodes from the glass with a fine, bright carbonation. As the bubbles subside, the wine opens up with ripe citrus and apple on the palate. A lingering finish brings you back for another sip.
