Oops! – I didn’t get my pint this week – can I get two next week?
No. The $1 weekly pint expires on Sunday nights. You can see your rewards at any time in the ‘Rewards’ section of the app!
Can I use my 15% discount in the online gear store?
No. But we’re working on it. Shop in person to use your discount.
How do I turn off app notifications?
These can be managed natively in your phone settings.
Payment
How much does it cost and when will I be charged?
Monthly memberships are $10. It is automatically charged on your sign-up date every month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership can be canceled anytime in the app. Open the app, select your ID card in the upper right, select your membership, click the red ‘Manage’ button and then the ‘CANCEL MEMBERSHIP’ button.Following cancellation, you will maintain your Membership & Member Rewards until your next billing date.
Are there cancellation fees?
No, there are no cancellation fees and you can cancel at any time.
How do payments appear on debit/credit card statements?
Charges for your membership will show under “ODELL BREWING” They are managed by Link/Stripe
