Fort Collins Brewery
Brewhouse Overview
Our Fort Collins Taproom is open with limited capacity, indoor and outdoor seating available. If we are full, please wait out front with proper social distancing. No reservations, first come first serve. We cannot seat incomplete parties. Please be prepared for inclement weather if seated outside. Please wear a mask when you’re not at your table. Well behaved dogs are welcome on our patio. We are still offering online orders and curbside pickup during our scheduled business hours.
Nestled in the Front Range of Northern Colorado, our Fort Collins brewery is the home base of Odell Brewing Company. We built this facility in 1994 once we had outgrown our first 800 sqft brewhouse. Remodeled and expanded over the years, this is where all of our packaged beer is brewed. With a 125 barrel custom Brewhouse, three fermentation cellars, full keg, can, and bottle lines, and a beautiful taproom and beer garden, this is the heart of Odell Brewing.

What's On Draft
Colorado Lager
Craft Lager
Colorado Lager has been in the works for well over a year now. After countless test batches on our pilot system, we’re thrilled to share our interpretation of the style with the fans in our home state. It’s a style we love to drink, and we think there’s a place for a lager in the craft beer lover’s fridge. Coming in at an approachable 5.0% ABV, we built this recipe using American hops, Colorado water, and premium malted barley without the addition of any adjuncts. This crisp and clean lager was brewed in Colorado, for Colorado, and all the things that make it home.
Easy Street
Wheat
Light and refreshing, Easy Street is an unfiltered American-style wheat beer. Leaving in the yeast gives the beer a nice, smooth finish and a slightly citrusy flavor and its distinct cloudy appearance.
90 Shilling
Flagship Ale
We introduced 90 Shilling, our flagship beer, at our opening party in 1989. For a while, we'd been wondering - what would happen if we lightened up the traditional Scottish ale? The result is an irresistibly smooth and delicious medium-bodied amber ale. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. A shilling was a British coin used from 1549 to 1982. We think you'll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every shilling.
Drumroll
Hazy Pale Ale
Each year we select the rock-star hops of the harvest to craft this bold, juicy, tropcially hop-forward brew. It's the go-to that goes-with.
Odell IPA
India Pale Ale
We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700's, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American Style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.
Good Behavior
Session IPA
This IPA is both sessionable and bursting with hop flavor. Good Behavior is filled with the bright hop flavors of tropical fruit and juicy peach yet balanced with a light body, slight Haze and crisp finish that's truly crushable.
Rupture
Fresh Grind IPA
Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop, we "rupture" the lupulin inside - releasing the oil that gives the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day, we use that day. Leaving you a beer that's fresh, aromatic, with an unparalleled bright, hoppy character.
Mountain Standard
Mountain Style IPA
This is Mountain Standard, a tribute to our backyard and the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Hand-selected, modern American hop varieties build layers of complex hop flavors with juicy, tropical notes and bold, vibrant aromas. Join us as we help define the Mountain-Style IPA.
Solarized
Yuzu Fruited DIPA
Double IPA with yuzu fruit.
Myrcenary
Double IPA
Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.

Winter Warmer
Ever been in a warm, cozy cabin and had a secret desire to get snowed in? To celebrate the winter season, we offer our Isolation Ale - a traditional winter brew made with premium malts imported from England. It's just one of the reasons Isolation Ale stands alone.
Sippin' Pretty
Fruited Kettle Sour
More of a mantra than a beer, Sippin’ Pretty is our Fruited Sour Ale. Loaded with our unique blend of açai, guava, and elderberry, and balanced with a delicate addition of Himalayan pink sea salt, this beer pops with a bright ruby color and a refreshing tart finish. So sit back, relax, and sip on something pretty.
Witkist White Ale
Grapefruit White
Witkist Grapefruit White Ale is a modern take on a Belgian-style White Ale with bright aromas of citrus from pureed grapefruit, and a delicate spice from dried orange peel and coriander. Complex yet delicate with a clean, refreshing finish, Witkist brings an unexpected twist on tradition.
Lugene
Chocolate Milk Stout
If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown “Aggie” roots.
Barreled Treasure
Coconut Chocolate Stout
A reward of hidden bliss awaits the intrepid explorer whose journey brings them to Barreled Treasure. An Imperial Stout aged in a blend of bourbon, wheat whiskey and virgin American oak barrels and enlivened with luxurious additions of coconut and dark chocolate, Barreled Treasure has a complex profile packed with aromas and notes of sweet coconut, chocolate-covered espresso beans and baker’s chocolate. Your riches await!
