Fort Collins Brewery
Nestled in the Front Range of Northern Colorado, our Fort Collins brewery is the home base of Odell Brewing Company. We built this facility in 1994 once we had outgrown our first 800 sqft brewhouse. Remodeled and expanded over the years, this is where all of our packaged beer is brewed. With a 125 barrel custom Brewhouse, three fermentation cellars, full keg, can, and bottle lines, and a beautiful taproom and beer garden, this is the heart of Odell Brewing.
Big News! The OBC Wine Project and Odell Brewing now have a Communal Outdoor Dining License. This means we can enjoy beer and wine together on any outdoor fenced-in spaces! Please advise that OBC Wine is not allowed inside of the brewery.

What's On Draft
Light and refreshing, Easy Street is an unfiltered American-style wheat beer. Leaving in the yeast gives the beer a nice, smooth finish and a slightly citrusy flavor and its distinct cloudy appearance.
We introduced 90 Shilling, our flagship beer, at our opening party in 1989. For a while, we'd been wondering - what would happen if we lightened up the traditional Scottish ale? The result is an irresistibly smooth and delicious medium-bodied amber ale. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. A shilling was a British coin used from 1549 to 1982. We think you'll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every shilling.
Hazy Pale Ale
Each year we select the rock-star hops of the harvest to craft this bold, juicy, tropcially hop-forward brew. It's the go-to that goes-with.
India Pale Ale
We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700's, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American Style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.
Fresh Grind IPA
Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop, we "rupture" the lupulin inside - releasing the oil that gives the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day, we use that day. Leaving you a beer that's fresh, aromatic, with an unparalleled bright, hoppy character.
Mountain Style IPA
This is Mountain Standard, a tribute to our backyard and the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Hand-selected, modern American hop varieties build layers of complex hop flavors with juicy, tropical notes and bold, vibrant aromas. Join us as we help define the Mountain-Style IPA.
Game-changing haziness awaits in the galactic arena of hoppiness. Experience the rush that comes with the heart pounding excitement of IPA innovation. Passion fruit and citrus notes engulf the palate in a dynamo of hazy hop goodness. Draw your phaser and see how you measure up in our latest game of Hazer Tag
Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.
Light in color bold in flavor. A clean ale that celebrates the maltiness of the beer with light fruity esters of peach, apricot, and apple with hints of citrus. A golden ale to spark change!
Guava Kettle Sour
More of a mantra than a beer, Sippin’ Pretty is our Fruited Sour Ale. Loaded with our unique blend of açai, guava, and elderberry, and balanced with a delicate addition of Himalayan pink sea salt, this beer pops with a bright ruby color and a refreshing tart finish. So sit back, relax, and sip on something pretty.
Make a splash with Sippin’ Lemonade, our delightfully effervescent and refreshing Sour Ale. Brewed with real lemons and cane sugar, the flavor swings between sweet and tart to create a perfectly balanced brew that soaks up the sun.
Sippin' Tropical Sour
Passion Fruit Sour
Slow down, unwind, and come hang out for a while with Sippin' Tropical, a delicately sour ale packed with pineapple, passion fruit, and tangerine, and balanced by a touch of Himalayan pink sea salt. Vacation vibes included with every sip.
Cherry Raspberry Sour
Friek is an evolution, an imaginative amalgamation invented by our brewers. Multiple kriek Lambic style ales are fermented with wild yeast and tart cherries and then moved into oak barrels to age and sour taking on the cherry flavors. As the beer matures, framboises (raspberries) from Schroyer Family Farms in Fort Collins are handpicked and readied for the beer. The fresh raspberries are added immediately prior to the final blending. The sweet and tart flavors mingle on the tongue with a sparkling dry finish.
Imperial Tangerine IPA
Peach Stand Rambler
There’s nothing quite like the summer harvest of Palisade peaches. Peach Stand Rambler is our tribute to the hands that carefully tend those orchards. A Blonde Ale brewed to accentuate fresh Palisade peaches, this beer is refreshing and bright like a calm Colorado sunset.
The mind of a brewer is a complex space, blending the worlds of art and science. Pulp Theory is our mad journey into both with a hyper-hopped hazy IPA crafted to accentuate bold hop flavors of ripe orange, pineapple juice, and fruit punch. Join us at the collision of imagination and possibility.
