Private Event
Fort Collins Brewery Rental Overview:
- Community Room: a conference room that seats 25 people but fits up to 30 people. Rental rate starts at $100/hr.
- Wheelhouse Room is a semi-private room that seats up to 50 people. This room has a private bar, direct access to the patio, and accordion doors for privacy. Rental rate starts at $150/hr.
- Full brewery buyouts for 50+ guests
Rental fees do not include: beer, food, or a tour. Outside alcohol is not permitted. NOTE: OBC Wine is NOT permitted inside the brewery.
Food: Outside food is welcome. If you would like to have your party catered, you are welcome to do so. You may choose to bring your own food & NA drinks, cater food or work with our food trucks. We can recommend vendors upon request. You must provide your own utensils, plates, etc.

Five Points Brewhouse
Five Points Rental Overview:
- Space for up to 50 guests is available for rental. Inquire via the form for a full taproom buyout for groups over 50.
- Fees: Space can be secured with a minimum spend. We calculate it with a 2 drink minimum per person (roughly $16 per person) plus a 20% gratuity. A $150 non-refundable deposit required to secure your event, which will be applied toward purchases during your event. If you do not meet the minimum, any remaining balance will be billed as a room rental fee to the host tab.
- Additional Info: Outside food is welcome. If you would like to have your party catered, you are welcome to do so. You must provide your own utensils, plates, etc. No smoking or vaping allowed on the grounds of Odell Brewing Company. No outside alcohol is permitted. We offer beer and gluten-free hard seltzer on-site. Second level lounge area is not handicap accessible.

Sloans Lake Rental Request

Table Reservations are recommended for groups of 25-50 people in our shared spaces.

- Main level can accommodate groups larger than 30 with sound system and microphone access.
- Indoor upper level can accommodate up to 30 people in a semi private area.
- Outdoor patio space can accommodate groups up to 20.
- Please inquire about buyouts for groups over 50.
- Fees: Space can be secured with a minimum spend, up to 3 months in advance.
- Food: We offer our scratch kitchen pizzeria menu items including salad and appetizer options in family style portions. Food must be pre-ordered 2 weeks before the date of the reservation to guarantee item availability and timely service. We do allow cakes and small sweet treats for special occasions, otherwise outside food and drinks are not permitted.
