Book Our Spaces for a
Private Event
Fort Collins Brewery Rental Overview:
- Rental rate – $100/hour
- We offer access to rent many spaces in our brewery, including the Wheelhouse, The Community Room, Loft, reserved patio space, and more.
- Outside alcohol and OBC Wine is NOT permitted inside but beers can be purchased through the taproom and enjoyed in your room
- Rental does not include beer, food, or a tour
Food for Your Guests:
- We have snacks available for purchase in the taproom along with soda for the NA drinkers.
- We have a food truck every day of the week that you are welcome to use.
- You are welcome to bring your own food, however no outside alcohol is permitted.
- You are also welcome to cater in food, if you do we ask that the serving ware is recyclable or compostable to contribute to our zero landfill mission.
- Room Rental fee does not include beer.

Five Points Brewhouse
Five Points Rental Overview:
- We offer space rental (recommended for larger groups, or groups that require a private space) or table reservations (shared space with the public).
- Private space rental rates are a minimum spend requirement
- We are able to accommodate groups up to 50. Groups over 50 considered on a case-by-case basis.
Details:
- Our second level lounge has a sound system and televisions.
- We do not have a kitchen but we welcome any outside food, including catering. We would be happy to provide recommendations.
- For non-alcoholic options, we have a selection of NA beer, NA cocktails, sodas, and kombucha.
- No outside alcohol is permitted. We offer beer and gluten-free hard seltzer on-site.

Sloans Lake Rental Request
Sloan’s Lake Rental Overview
- We are able to accommodate groups of 20-50 people in shared spaces, groups over 50 considered on a case by case basis. Our reservation rates are food and beverage minimum spend requirements that must be met during your visit.
- Our main level can accommodate groups larger than 30 with sound system and microphone access. Our indoor upper level can accommodate up to 30 people in a semi private area with television access. Our outdoor patio space can accommodate groups up to 30.
- We offer our scratch kitchen pizzeria menu items including salad and appetizer options in family style portions. Food must be pre-ordered 2 weeks before the date of the reservation to guarantee item availability and timely service. We do allow cakes and small sweet treats for special occasions, otherwise outside food and drinks are not permitted.
