Brewhouse Overview
Nestled in the Front Range of Northern Colorado, our Fort Collins brewery is the home base of Odell Brewing Company. We built this facility in 1994 once we had outgrown our first 800 sqft brewhouse. Remodeled and expanded over the years, this is where all of our packaged beer is brewed. With a 125 barrel custom Brewhouse, three fermentation cellars, full keg, can, and bottle lines, and a beautiful taproom and beer garden, this is the heart of Odell Brewing.
Bonus: our sister spot, The OBC Wine Project, is just next door, so you can sip beer and wine on the patio and soak in those Colorado vibes.

90 Shilling
FLAGSHIP ALE
90 Shilling is our smooth and complex flagship beer. A medium-bodied amber ale with a distinct burnished copper color and a deeply pleasant aroma. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. We think you’ll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every Shilling.

Lugene
Stout - Imperial / Double Milk
If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown “Aggie” roots.

Pronounced: are-dense-A Bo-sin . This is dutch for The Ardennes Forrest which is located on the French/Belgium border and is known for beautiful hikes and scenery. A classic farmhouse saison with phenolic, clove and bubblegum flavors.
