Our food truck today is The Tramp About. Serving Fort Collins and Northern Colorado, we offer a rotating menu of Regional American Vittles. For special events, we will work with you to find a menu that fits your needs and desires. We work to find the best products and take the time to do things right.
We'll be releasing our newest Cellar Series beer - Flemish Giant. Come join us and be one of the first to try it.
We distribute in Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico, Idaho, Arizona and Iowa.

We have local food trucks on site daily beginning around 11:00 am. You can find today’s truck here.
We aren’t catering to private parties at this time, but if you would like to rent one of our meeting spaces, please email us at email@example.com.
We don’t have a restaurant in our brewery, however we do have delicious food trucks on the premise daily (weather permitting) as well as local snacks available for purchase in the taproom.
Tours last 30 minutes.
We fill any 64 oz or 32 oz growler as long as it’s clean and has a government warning sticker; price will vary depending on our beer selection.
We do not allow smoking on our property. Additionally, smoking is not allowed on or within 20 feet of outdoor patios abutting a public right-of-way or sidewalk.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on our patio as long as they’re on leashes. Dogs are not allowed inside the tap room, other than while you are purchasing your beer. Please check our tap room page for dates when we do not allow dogs at the brewery due to capacity and safety concerns.
