5 Barrel Pale Ale
- Pale Ale
- IBU 38
Named for the 5 select hop additions diligently administered by our brewers throughout the process, we start with an infusion of fresh whole-flower hops in the Hop Back and Fermentor. Then we go four more rounds during the kettle boil, giving this refreshing pale ale a lively flavor and aroma that always keeps us coming back for more.
Have no fear, it's seasonal! Pouring again Fall 2020.

5 Barrel English-style Pale Ale
The distinctive hop character of our 5 Barrel Pale Ale is due to the extraction of essential oils from select hops. We treat 5 Barrel Pale Ale to an infusion of fresh whole hop flowers in the Hop Back and the Fermentor, as well as four hop additions during the kettle boil. We like how this gives the beer a fresh, lively flavor and aroma.
